We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are useful: Umami (first-party events such as contact clicks on listing pages), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-less aggregated traffic), and Google Analytics / gtag for web-vital and usage statistics. These tools report page views, device type, and similar aggregate signals. They are not used to sell your personal information.
Clerk may set its own cookies as part of sign-in. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish sessions. We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. We are not responsible for cookies set by websites you reach from outbound listing links; review those sites' policies separately.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (most browsers let you refuse all cookies, refuse third-party cookies, or clear existing ones).
