By accessing or using cambodialocal.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, business owners, and others who access the Service.
CambodiaLocal is a bilingual business directory for Cambodia operated by Inventodia. The Service lets customers find local businesses across all 25 provinces in Khmer and English, and lets business owners create, claim, and manage listings. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Listings may be added by business owners or compiled from public sources. While we work to keep directory data accurate, we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free. Business details can change — please confirm hours and availability with the business directly. If you find incorrect information, report it through the contact form.
Business owners and authorized representatives may claim an existing listing. By claiming a listing you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that business. Verification may require proof of your connection to the business. Claims made in bad faith or for businesses you do not represent may be rejected or reversed.
Owners who publish or manage a listing are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its content — names, descriptions, photos, opening hours, offers, and contact details. You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
A Free plan is available to every owner. Paid plans (such as Pro and Business) and advertising placements are billed under the terms shown at purchase. Cancellation terms, including any pro-rata credit, are described on the advertise page and at checkout.
Customers may leave reviews and ratings on listings. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful. Owners may reply to reviews but may not post fake reviews or harass reviewers.
The CambodiaLocal site, brand, and software are the property of Inventodia. Owners retain rights to the content they submit (photos, text, logos) and grant us a license to display that content as part of their listing. You may not scrape, repackage, or redistribute directory data without written permission.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the directory, submit false listings or claims, harvest contact details for spam, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CambodiaLocal is a directory — we are not a party to transactions between customers and listed businesses, and we are not responsible for the goods, services, or conduct of any listed business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CambodiaLocal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Listings and pages may link to third-party websites, messaging apps, or maps. These links are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse those sites and accept no liability for them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the courts of Cambodia.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
